I actually cried big, fat, selfish tears of real sadness when I found out Coldplay were coming to Sydney and I was going to be 8 months pregnant. They are a band that defined my time in London from when I first discovered them back in 1999 all the way through my adventures in the House of Sin and up to present time. I am glad it was that good, it would have been disappointing to hear otherwise!
I heard Chris Martin ran into the crowd at Sound Relief. However we were at the Coldplay concert at Acer Arena not Sound Relief.
Firegazer heard Coldplay play at SR while he was at the nearby golf driving range. Said they sounded great and that their duet with John Farnham was amazing.
I went and saw them last time they were in Sydney at The Entertainment Centre. I sooooo wanted to go and see them again. I have heard from a number of people and press reports that it was a great show this time around and, if I wasn't already regretting my decision not to go this time, I AM NOW!!!!!!! Lucky you M.

They were one of the best bands on the day.

I adore Coldplay. I downloaded Vida la Vida as soon it was available and it is still one of my favorite work out songs.
It's nice to hear a REAL band instead of those marketing machine products one hears all too frequently these days.
**envy**
Looks fantastic! Great pics. And you were live twittering...you're just too cool.
Way cool!
Coldplay are way gay. I trust that Firegazer refused to attend in case he was incited to indulge in some man-love after the concert.
He DID stay at home, didn't he?
*jealous*
(& and Super Sarah, I attended The Streets concert at the Prince of Wales in Melb 8 months and I enjoyed every moment of it! *heehee* )
Well, Boy.on.a.bike, it was on Firegazer's insistence that we got tix. BIG Coldplay fan.
Stop. Trying. To Make. Me. Jealous.

I'll like to point out that Boy downloaded their latest album which gets played regularly (and not just at my insistence)!
Boy's J
