So all that's left for me to say is - check out what Fairlie said.
Actually, I do have something else to say.
Fairlie bought gifts! Star Wars stuff for Padawan Learner, a new beanie for Blossom, chocolates for Firegazer (goooone!) and looky what I got - a special Fairlie Designs knitting needle holder rolly-up thingy. Fantastic. Love love love it.
Thanks Fairlie, you didn't need to bring gifts, we just love having you to stay. But, hey, I'm not going to say no to the gifts either!

Oh and for those interested in apostrophe agony. Check out the photo above.
And yet next door they got it right. A disagreement between contractors perhaps?

Bloody apostrophes. great rolly uppy thing. And is that car squashed by a rock?
Yes, it is a squashed car but it's an installation. Love it. I also love the yellow roadwork sign in the background of the photo...
I have a paint brush holder very similar to your needle holder - very handy (yours is especially nice as it is made with love by Fairlie).
The photos of Sydney looks great - I miss it (although not as much as the people).
Great montage. And you're right, the road sign is fantastic.
Lovely pictures. Jealous of your pictures. Having no camera is slowly driving me crazy!
The rock AND the apostrophe goof made me giggle. So which sign is wrong? 2/3 is not owned by Studios is it?
It was such a lovely get together. Thanks for organising the booking it and look forward to catching up again sometime soon.
Great photo collage! I especially like the pic of our stalkee - Michael Pollan - in the centre.
Glad you like the knitting needle holder rolly-up thingy. I'll have to trademark that name.
What a great way to spend the weekend. You lucky ducks!
lucky you going to the writer's festival, I listened to it all week on Radio National's Book Show!!
I am so jealous. Sounds like you both had a fabulous time . Hope to join you next year or when you visit the Melb festival later in the year. The knitting needle holder looks great- Fairlie must have a great sewing machine!
What a great group of women to get together with! I'm glad it was a good time. Fairlie is clearly an excellent gift giver.
