I don't know what the old wiring is like at your place, but we turned on two heaters the other day and promptly blew a fuse. The old circuits are just not setup to deal with modern electric warmy things.
We have a big black hairy lump inhabiting our bed any chance she can get - unfortunately my lovely fresh white doona cover doesn't fair to well for very long before it needs a good session with a lint brush.
Same thing happening here, our ancient cat actually stayed in there ALL day at the weekend, I thought he had died in there and had a hysterical meltdown.

Hope that's not your half of the bed.

WE have a matching lump under our doona too. Always makes me smile.
When you leave a cat-sized lump under the doona when you leave for work and it's STILL THERE when you return at the end of the day!
Hahaha, as long as it's a cat under the cat sized lump and not some other nasty suprise ;)
Snap!
Oh, for goodness sake...turn on the heating for your poor cats.

My goodness. If I saw that it would freak me out!!
However, if I saw that at our house I would know it was the pillow underneath the covers near the foot of our bed for my aching (preggo) legs!
