Our neighbours have had extensive scaffolding up around their house which has given us the opportunity to climb up and inspect our roof with relative ease.
I think there are some things
that really
one is better off not knowing about
We are starting a renovation soon. I think there are a few more items to add to the tender documents.
Sigh.

Ummm...what's up with those tiles hanging in the gutter? Is that a dodgy job or WHAT!?
I am SO glad my neighbours do not have scaffolding I can borrow to look at our own roof..
