Not open, close

Seen on the door of a local (north shore) noodle restaurant. Love it.

Question is...where on earth did they buy a grammatically incorrect printed sign?

It's just begging for someone with a thick black texta to add a 'D'.

I would be tempted to add an "R" not a "D"

Or a 'T'.

(They probably bought the sign at the grocer's' when they picked up their potatoe's)

Close...but not close enough. What a difference a D makes.

Perhaps it is open and asking you to come close...r.

You guys are cracking me up. I won't be able to drive past this restaurant again without giggling. Anyone for a midnight excursion with a red marker?

This wouldn't be by chance the noodle restaurant that serves 'Adams rice' would it?

PS. The Lllmn family are coming to the capital this weekend and we are having dinner with them tonight - woohoo, Sydney visitors!

That would be it ArmyWife! Say hello to your visitors for me!

I have noticed that very same sign! But I took it as "Close.... but not quite a noodle bar".
