Most of us here at Chez EasternMax are getting a little bit excited. Tonight we will meet the 11th Doctor. Oh, we could've gathered around the computer monitor for an advanced screening but nothing beats watching the earth being 20 seconds from destruction on the big screen in HD.
One member of our family, however, says she will boycott the show. A Dr Who without David Tennant? She can't get her head around it. She won't listen to the sage advice of those in the family who have been through nine doctors and survived.
I saw this t-shirt online at www.thinkgeek.com - I think it sums up Blossom's feelings well.

If you knit firegazer a really ridiculously long scarf, will he put on a dapper hat and wear it with the scarf?
Ah, no. But if that's your fantasy then go for it.
I stayed up and watched it on iview! Why yes, I was horribly teased by the mean girls at school :)
Queenie stands in solidarity with Blossom...but David Tennant was in fact her second doctor...as she was one of the early adopters of her generation.
I personally have a soft spot for Tom Baker (with his long scarf) although even he runs a distant second to David Tennant.
My first doctor was Jon Pertwee and I am still very fond of him and Sarah Jane but I happily moved on to Tom Baker. However, David Tennant is my fave by far. Leela is still my fave assistant. A friend says she's watched the 11th doctor and said it's really good but he's distractingly ugly
Just watched it ... hmmm unsure ... love the T ... very apt ... my first doc was Jon Pertwee .. some how I missed the sixth and seventh doctors ... do you think they will ever go a female doctor .... hmmm
Doctors nine and ten work for me as does Captain Jack as a companion ...I find Donna Noble most annoying .... or could that just be the green eyed monster of jealousy .... best le
I hope he met expectations...
I LOVE that t-shirt. Tennant is my fave so far (although he's not my first) and I am having trouble warming up to the newbie but I am still enjoying it.
