Two Tough Customers and a Hottie

Padawan Learner is so tough he has TWO rows of teeth. Just like a shark. Only tougher.

See how the "big tooth" grows down before the "baby tooth" wiggles out? It's happened with all bar one of his teeth so far. Soon we'll be looking for the pliers...

Doesn't Cheetah look fetching in this ensemble? Cheetah is wearing this newly knitted beanie because he is a tough customer and this beanie is destined for another tough customer whose birthday is coming up very soon. I just need to find a skull and crossbones patch to complete the tough guy look.

And here is something I prepared earlier. Not so tough to look at but a little tough to make because the pattern kept stretching on the bias and I had to block it before I could sew it into this shape. This will house a "hottie" and keep a little girl's toes warm at Thredbo in August...

J.T.'s do that, but not to that extent. So far, every new tooth has started coming in behind the baby tooth! It is freaky looking. Don't you just want to yank that wobbly baby tooth right out?

Teeth - unusual.

Though I have seen it in other kids.

Hat - lucky boy.

Hotwater bottle cover - lucky girl.

Rain - luck us.

You had to block it before you could sew it??? Seriously, who are you? And what have you done with the real M?

I can't comment about the teeth - wobbly teeth in general gross me out. Can't look, can't listen, can't even risk a sly glance.

Fairlie, it gets worse. Today I bought a magazine called "Creative Knitting". Apparently it is "Australia's best knitting and crochet magazine" and it has "33 beautiful designs"... eek. I'm even looking through it with interest.

For balance I'm also flicking through Donna Hay, Harpers Bazaar, Vanity Fair and Sydney Living. Phew.

SO need a real job.

He does look tough. I hope he never bites me.
